Under Two Skies — App Store privacy policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026. This policy covers the planned offline-only App Store release, version 0.3. Earlier TestFlight/desktop builds may contain an optional online leaderboard and are not described as offline-only by this policy.

Operator and contact. Under Two Skies / DOISAKET GAME LAB is developed by Visarut Sankham. Contact: visarutsankham@gmail.com.

Offline gameplay and local data. This App Store release does not require an account, does not include an online leaderboard, and does not upload your gameplay results. Campaign progress, settings and local records are stored in the app's data on your device. Local playtest and performance files may also be created there. The game does not automatically send those files to the developer. Removing the app may remove these local files and your progress. The operating system may manage backups according to your device settings.

Advertising and tracking. This release does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics SDKs, or game-operated online accounts. Apple may separately process App Store installation or diagnostic information under Apple's privacy settings and policies.

Support and external pages. Opening Support or Privacy from the app launches your browser or email app at your request. The support/privacy website is hosted by Cloudflare; visiting it exposes normal connection information, such as an IP address and request metadata, to the hosting provider. Website processing is distinct from offline gameplay. No website analytics or advertising scripts are included in these pages. If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send, through Gmail. Send only information needed to investigate your request, and redact private information from screenshots. Support correspondence is used to respond to your request. You may ask us to delete correspondence we hold, subject to any applicable legal obligations and provider retention; we do not promise immediate removal from all provider backups.

Your choices. You can play without contacting support or opening external pages. Manage or remove local game data using your device's app settings; deleting the app can permanently remove progress. For questions or assistance concerning information you sent to support, email visarutsankham@gmail.com. This offline release has no online player account to delete. For a score submitted from an older leaderboard-enabled build, contact support; do not send its authentication secret in a public post.

Changes. We will update the policy if the app's data practices change. If online features are introduced in a later version, its policy and App Store privacy information will be updated before release.
